"I wanted to thank you and your team for the outstanding work and effort put forth on Sunday, May 1st 2005. Not only did you accommodate our need to shut down on a Sunday, working in poor weather conditions, the coil cleaning has had an immediate impact on our cooling system.
Having witnessed the conditions of our coils for the 6 units myself I was not surprised by the change in the indoor climate control in the days following your work. Two of our main work areas controlled by separate cooling units were extremely difficult to cool in the last year. We had attributed that to the large heat load in the room. After you and your team's cleaning and conditioning both rooms were "fridged", the Monday following your treatment. The reason being the thermostats had to be set low to keep the room cool prior to your cleaning. After the cleaning, I spent the day resetting the facilities thermostats higher to attain the same comfort level.
We were looking into investing in more air conditioning equipment for our assembly area when in fact all we needed was coil cleaning and treatment.
I am tracking our power usage over the summer and will let you know what the actual usage (and concurrent savings) is. I expect the change to be significant.
I have managed two different semiconductor facilities over the last 5 years and I have not had a better experience with a vendor in that time. Feel free to have any prospective customers call me directly for a reference. You and your team's professionalism and level of service are to be commended."

“In April of 2005 Northeast Coil cleaned and treated 5 roof top units at our facility in Woburn. Of particular note is
our 50 ton Trane unit that maintains our clean room environment, obviously air quality is key component to our product quality.
As I promised in my letter on May 5th of this year. I took a few minutes to look at energy cost and usage over the cooling seasons for 2004 and 2005.
The resulting improvement was as significant as promised by Northeast Coil.
Though our 50 ton Trane unit heats and cools 12 months a year. I examined only those months that affect all of our cooling units (April to September). This also proved convenient as April 2005 was the time that Northeast Coil serviced our systems. By looking at a sample over 6 months I believe this is a fair assessment of any system efficiency improvement.
This data was compiled directly from our NStar bills and though it does not reflect all of our energy consumption. The only improvements made on the systems were done by Northeast Coil.
Aegis consumed 11.3% less energy in 2005 as was consumed in 2004.
I took our NStar bills and compared them from same cooling season in 2004 to 2005 but because NStar's rates increased over the last year our savings was actually only $1097.00 for the months of April to September. If you normalize the data to reflect the rate increase, we would have spent an additional $9092.42 or $1515.40 a month if we did not have our coils serviced by Northeast Coil.
The facts speak for themselves. The coil cleaning and treatment has saved Aegis Semiconductor~11% in our cooling costs during the highest load months of the year.
We hope to maintain a relationship with Northeast Coil over the coming years.
Your services and expertise are unique in the industry."

"I wanted to let you know that in the three months since Northeast Coil was on site to service our rooftop units,
we have witnessed a significant savings in our energy bill.
The Aeris Guard system seems to have had a direct affect on the energy efficiency of our rooftop units. As you well know, with over 250 tons of heating/cooling servicing this 110,000 sf facility, we have been monitoring the system very closely. It is our goal to make sure the climate in this building is being controlled as economically and efficiently as possible.
This preventive maintenance program is not only providing us with rooftop units running at or near peak, but the literature provided explaining the system and the improved air quality, was displayed here in the facility and the feedback has been very positive.
I look forward to working with Northeast Coil in the future."
